While we all may share feelings of imbalance, lack of motivation or fulfillment, or just a sense that we’re lost at different times in our lives, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to feeling better.


That’s why we created My Lotus WellBeing, our unique framework to look at eight areas of your wellbeing.  Together we talk about where you are now and where you would like to be in the future.

The Framework

Designed to help you look at your overall health and wellbeing through a unique lens, we identify where you are today and where you want to be in the future.  My Lotus WellBeing tracks each of these eight focus areas to then support your personal health plan.

 

In addition to working one-on-one with your coach, you’ll have 24/7 access to our accompanying app  which is completely optional.  The app is a simple way to get started and one place to keep track of all of your progress on your path to becoming a WellBeing. Rate yourself, define goals, and track your unique areas of focus, as well as identify your overarching vision,  what’s important to you now, and what you want to become.
